Returns & Refunds
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.
However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Unique or one-of-a-kind artworks, including original paintings, mosaics, or numbered ceramics, limited pieces or collections.

Made-to-order or personalised items, including handmade products produced specifically based on the customer’s selection (such as size, colour, or custom specifications).
For these items, all sales are final, unless the item arrives defective or damaged.
Defective or Damaged Items

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

You must provide your order number and confirmation email.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
We do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements for:
- Unique or one-of-a-kind artworks, including original paintings, mosaics, or numbered ceramics, limited pieces or collections.

Made-to-order or personalised items.

Sale or discounted items.

Parcels that were not collected and returned to our studio.

Items returned without prior contact or authorisation.
Return Process & Inspection
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email:

Confirmation of receipt.

Approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like the same design in a different size or colour:

Please place a new order online

Shipping & Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is confirmed as defective or damaged

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Lost or Damaged Returns
We strongly recommend using:

A trackable shipping service.

Shipping insurance.
We cannot issue refunds for items that are lost or damaged during return transit.

We are a small, independent art studio, and all of our pieces are handmade with great care. We kindly ask our customers to avoid ordering multiple variations of the same item solely for the purpose of trying them on. This is why we offer for all to-wear pieces detailed sizing information on their product page.
Excessive returns place a significant burden on art studios like ours and have an environmental impact. We truly appreciate your understanding and support.
